I would love to see a 'none of the above candidate' on the federal ballot. If NoTA gets a plurality of votes, the seat is vacant. If there is no quorum in the house/senate no laws are passed and things like the budget are carried forward with an across the board, automatic 10% reduction. Only bill allowed is a true declaration of war. If no President, the governors select a caretaker who has no authority to sign bills other than declarations of war. Put it in the Constitution and give the American taxpayer a true voice.
