Nebraska is mostly white. There are more asians in Nebraska than blacks. There are only two concentrations of blacks in Nebraska - one is the North East part of Omaha, where all the shootings happen, and two, the State penitentiary in the South West area of Lincoln (it's a small little wedge area, and the first time I was looking at the racial dot map to look at my home town, I was surprised at this concentration of blacks in Lincoln as it has always been mostly white, then I realized it was the State pen).
