It sounds like a typical FBI job. They find some lonely mentally ill guys on the internet, rile them up, then supply all the weapons and logistic support. Next an undercover glow worm hands one of the mentally ill guys a cell phone and says "dial this number and it all goes into play". Once the number is dialed the SWAT rolls in and brilliantly captures all the "conspirators" in their parents basement.
