Which part of this has been debunked?

The claim that Kamala's husband has a conflict of interest related to China. If someone works in the Redmond, Washington office of Microsoft doing something that is in no way related to China, do they have a conflict of interest because Microsoft has business in China? If that is your criteria, everyone working for any international company in any capacity whatsoever has a conflict of interest.

You pasted together two unrelated pages from a huge corporate website. His bio says he works in California and makes no mention of China. The page about the firm's China business doesn't make any mention of him (it lists the contact person as being Daniel Chan). There is no evidence of any relationship provided.
