As a colossal nerd, I've been interested in new technology, and I've been following Elon's cyborg brain implant stuff, and the preceding tech that has been under development for decades (artificial eyes have already been implanted and wired directly to the brain, and obviously you're familiar with stuff like Cochlear implants).

And, in my search for information, I noticed something very disturbing.

Parents denying their children the ability to hear, because, it's offensive to describe deafness as a disability, and giving them the ability to hear would rob them of their "deaf culture".

Have you heard about any of this (swear that pun was inadvertent).

I'm not familiar with the specifics of Trump's position, but sounds like typical Obamacare propaganda. Misleading and disingenuous, like when they lie and claim Trump is the one trying to defund police, because, he's cutting taxes.
