I hope somebody will read my entire post and leave their opinion. I would be very interested to hear other military types give their opinion on this topic. I spent my entire career with ground pounding, gunfighters. These men lean very heavily right. But my experience with many officers has left me feeling that they tend to lean a little more left. It's just the result of them spending so many years around washington, and also inside American universities. I will say this, I have met many officers who do lean right, and have even met some higher ranking officers that lean right.
