I'm in an extremely blue county in a red state. Your voter registration card says what Party you're registered in, and ID is required. The poll worker who looks at your ID or card and then goes online to mark that you voted sees your registration. This bothers me.

The poll worker who looks at your ID or card and then goes online to mark that you voted sees your registration. This bothers me. For the primary they have to give you the ballot for that Party, so I get it, but it should not be allowed that they see your Party for the national election. But regardless, if you drop your ballot in the box at the early voting place it should be safe. I won't be going as the first person there in the morning and the box has few or no other ballots, will go after ballots are presumably in the box so they can't tell which is mine.
