Be honest with yourself: Do you really think that a 2nd term for Bush Sr. would have been any LESS swamp-filled than Clinton's first term?
We already know that he was a former CIA director, we already know that he was doing scummy stuff behind the scenes under Reagan, we already know that the Bush family and the Clinton family are close friends when the cameras are off, and we all can guess that members of the Bush family made the trip with Epstein on the Lolita Express just like Clinton regularly did...
The same could be argued for a Gore presidency in 2000, a Kerry presidency in 2004, a McCain presidency in 2008, or a Romney presidency in 2012. MAYBE Bob Dole MIGHT have been different (I don't know enough about Dole, his history, or his policies to say, but he at least had enough of a head on his shoulders to endorse Trump after he got the 2016 GOP nomination), but given his repeated Presidential campaign failures as Gerald Ford's running mate in 1976 (losing to the 1-term Jimmy Carter), in the 1988 Republican primary (losing to the 1-term Bush Sr.), and in the 1996 election (losing to the deeply-unpopular Bill Clinton), it's clear that America did not want Bob Dole as their President, which is why he quit running for politics after the failed 1996 campaign.
