I'm allergic to soy protein, regular, hydrolyzed, concentrated, etc.
Any form of soy protein will trigger a reaction.
Soy Flour can have protein in it and is not guaranteed to have a reaction but if I react then it won't be as intense since the quantity or concentration of soy protein is usually lower.
Soy Oil is also a risk like Soy Flour since protein can make its way into the oil if the quality is low, which is usually the case since it is used as a cheap substitute with little quality control. Reactions can be fast depending on how much protein made its way into the oil.
Soy Lecithin is fine and won't cause a reaction.
