If my hypothesis is correct there is no cp... i think if there was he would be arrested already...
To further support this... it would be an insanely bad look for Rudy if he is sitting on evidence of cp or child abuse just to drop it for "maximum political impact" I think a lot if Republicans would be rightfully mad about that strategy.
