Their blue-water Navy is a joke. And their ability to retaliate with nuclear weapons is miniscule, owing to three things - they have extremely few ICBMs, their missile technology is horrendous and I don't doubt that most of those ICBMs will explode before leaving the atmosphere, and I'll bet anything that US anti-ballistic-missile technology is leagues beyond what anyone knows.
