Star Trek is 100% Marxism. Because Marxism at its core is an anarchist philosophy. Hard communism like published by Fredric Engles and later Vlad Lenin utterly rejected Marx as pipe dream faffery that would never work.

But Rodenberry wrote with Marxist ideals because he was a hippy that believed in it. So he penned every kind of authority as the "evil" enemies of his perfect Star Fleet. Even the Romulans are the "evil" USSR which was supposed to be a Marxist uptopa but instead "Fell" into an communist "Empire" under Stalin. Who in reality saved it from being ripped apart into 1000 bitterly divided nations under Trotsky, who was....well lets just say Trotsky would have utterly approved of Antifa. Stalin when on to do many horrible things because of his ruthless nature, but he did stabilize the USSR because he knew they needed strong, centralized rule to survive.

Even our founding Fathers crated the Federal system because they realized anarchy of any flavor doesn't work.

But here was have Star Trek, a fiction "federation" that would NEVER work. It has no strong authority, no organized command and somehow nobody inside their own rank ever being an asshole.

Roddenberry even subverted the very idea of Military into Star Fleet which could be best described as a hippy peace corp, and nearly faff-tastic pacifists that would have instantly lost any war against an actual military. Only the Deus Ex hand of Rodenberry stopped say, the Romulans, from instantly conquering the limp-wristed Federation. I mean I have looked at the narrative penned. The Romulans have EVERY advantage over StarFleet in a war, they could have conquored them easily. So they only reason they do not, is Rodenberry said they cannot, because it breaks his little faffery dream.

And see that is what Marxism needs to survive, unreality, the denial of simple logic. Leninist imperial-conumism worked, it lasted 80 years easily. Trotsky's attempt at Marxism failed before it was even established, which is what led to Stalin taking power and just enacting Lenin's system with ruthlessness.

Which I don't know if you have seen how humans behave, but even if EVERY need is met, every hardship removed, they will start fights simply to exert themselves. The human mind craves self actualization, and to define itself with struggle. Nationalists and conservatives live grounded in reality and know that even with everything, people will still be assholes, thus why we accept that authority must exist....

But Liberals love their Iorvy towers and just disconnect themselves from reality.
