Anyone who thinks the statements "Lock her up" or "Lock them all up" are literal statements are delusional.

Trump is not a dictator or fascist no matter how much they wish he was; if he was, he would have locked them up already. He wants the DOJ and the FBI to do their fucking job and investigate the scumbags and if there is any illegal activity (high chance there is) to then charge them with crimes and lock them up.

He's not proposing some kind of extra-judicial application of laws that skip the investigative process. It's a message to his people (and a plea to law enforcement) that he will not stand for corruption and will do his best to take care of it.
