TBH, not a big fan of the way it's got to be mined right now. But, if it can be done w/in the scope of the regulation, and it should be (just takes technology,) I'd be all right with it. Hold it, How the hell does the Defense Stockpile sell all reserves of US Rare Earth Reserves? Never mind, Congress (Republican house and senate,) and President Clinton ok'd it. Thought we had enough rare earth metals and needed to market the rest. Now President Trump's EO and the laws passing thru Congress are working to undo the fucking. Just amazing the short sightedness in elected officials.
