I don't see an HOV lane so either Sunrise Highway or one of the parkways. Wild guess here would be Sunrise Highway around East Islip or Oakdale? Pretty sure it's Suffolk County though.

Looks like the Long Island Expressway...but that's just a very educated guess. You can't make out the exit signs, but those are the L.I.E. overpasses.
