It's not even about being stupid or smart. It's about what motivates women that makes them dangerous in a political context. The goal in the average woman's context is to accumulate resources to help raise her children and she typically accumulates them by selecting an appropriate husband. The problem is that socialism offers her an opportunity to accumulate those resources without a man in the picture using the violence that comes from the state without any kind of give and take that comes with a relationship. It's not in a woman's interest to worry about economics or how they weaken and compromise a nation to outside threats. She expects men to take care of those eventualities... so she will put stress on the system that she knows she'll never have to deal with. She has no skin in the game, she has that life support system that makes it easier for her to take great risks. Thus she chooses communism - especially when she's young and single.

Of course when she does find a husband she realizes that the state she enabled is now stripping her and her children of resources by taxing the family unit ...and she wants to roll it back.

IMO it's not about emotions or intelligence. Women are imo acting practically. If you had an army of men at your disposal, you'd probably do the same thing. But yeah, that's why I don't think women should vote - because when they do they try to Queen themselves irrespective of the fact that the proper role of government is not to grant wishes but to secure liberty; often at the cost of the deaths of men - and as far as I'm concerned that's a risk only men take and a cost men alone can fully appreciate.
