Both of them have some excellent programming. OAN's basic news programming is god, though often gets repetitive. The new opinion guy on OAN, Dan Ball (8PM Eastern weeknights), is low quality and I have no idea what OAN was thinking when they hired him. Grant Stinchfield is on Newsmax at the same time and is much better, so now I've always got Newsmax on at that hour, and often don't bother switching back to OAN. Newsmax's Sean Spicer & Lyndsay Keith (Spicer & Co) are excellent and often have great guests (e.g. frequent appearances by Trish Regan), and Greg Kelly is good too.

OAN's Alex Salvi, currently at 10PM Eastern weeknights, is absolutely top notch. On weekends, OAN's Christina Bobb has a "Weekly Briefing" panel program that is also world class content, though doesn't have the fun snarky tone of Salvi's hour. Posobiec also does some good interviews on OAN.
