I don't know about the sidebar image, but could you please link to https://communities.win so the list of communities is easy to find? I wanted to look at it the other day and it was really hard to find the link (I finally had to search for an announcement of a new community, and look at the comments to find someone who had posted it). I don't know why we're hiding the fact that we have more communities.

Edit: I just noticed the communities .win is down. Hopefully someone is working on that.
