1. CCP pays in part or in full for multiple properties of US politicians or influential people (including tech companies).
2. Don Gongwen (remember the name) basically handles all these affairs in the US
3. Each property is used for various purposes; drugs, promiscuity, etc
4. Once a "target" (politicians, tech CEO, etc) uses their place for these degenerate acts, they will be filmed by the CCP
5. The CCP will use this evidence to blackmail them
