And if you dig down a level, of those who test "positive", how many even feel symptoms?
Then dig down another level, of those testing "positive" AND feeling symptoms, how many of them get very sick, as in sick enough to go to the doctor?
Then dig down yet another level, of those testing "positive" AND feeling symptoms AND having to go to the doctor, how many of them are sick enough to go to the hospital?
Then dig down to the next level, of those testing "positive" AND feeling symptoms, AND having to go to the doctor, AND having to go to the hospital, how many of them get seriously ill and have to go to the ICU and possibly a ventilator?
And of course the last dig down, how many people who test "positive" and all the other things listed above actually die?
Then break that final number down by age, you will see that the large majority of people who die are over the age of 70, and the second largest number are people over the age of 60, and then 50 etc. on down the line.
I absolutely believe this virus is real, and is very contagious, just like I believe the flu is real and very contagious, just like I believe colds are real and very contagious.
Thus my conclusion is that this virus is out there and poses a fairly high risk to the elderly and people who are in poor health, just like the flu does, and just like any other number of viruses, its not really any different.
The vaccine they have for the flu is just a best guess every year, since the flu has mutated and is mutating all the time, so has limited effectiveness, most people get and survive the flu if they are healthy, same things with this COVID virus.
If they would allow hydroxycholoroquine to be used by anyone who tests positive, used early with a course of zinc and vitamin D, and possibly a anitbiotic, they could cut the death rate to almost nothing. And for people who do get more seriously ill, the drugs they have developed are there to use to further lower the death rate.
EDIT and one more thing, of all those who tested "positive" and died, how many of them actually died from the COVID virus or just died with a positive test for it, while dying for some other reason.
There is no doubt that hospitals took advantage of the extra funding for every covid death, so everyone who dies while in the hospital, gets a covid test at some point and then is classified as a covid death.
