Not sure how much I agree with the first one. 'Uncensored art' has played a roll in the fall of civilization several times now.

Art is beauty, it is not a 'statement.' If art is not beautiful, it is not art. There is a reason Picaso carried a revolver loaded with blanks for those who would ask the meaning of his art. Attempting to assign "meaning" to an expression of beauty is an insult to a true artist. A banana taped to a wall is not art. The exhibits on display in Adam Shitts house are not art.

There is a point where censorship is as necessary as law and order. But like law and like order, it must be impartial and blind. CP is NOT art and never will be. Anyone who argues against censorship in art is arguing for things like Cuties to exist, because that is the inevitable outcome if all things are permissible as long as you call it art.

"Artists" calling for censorship of speech is something that would fit the concept better, but "all censorship is bad" is not the correct response to what is happening in the world right now.
