What’s this about an ankle scar?

Edit: just found out. There’s a picture of someone un-identified person who’s foot is on Hunter’s junk, the person isn’t wearing any clothes besides a thong and is laying on her stomach with her top half blurred out. However you can clearly see that she has a scar and a freckle just above the scar on her ankle. People are comparing it with photos of Natalie from her social media or actual news photos and they seem to be a perfect match.
