Kyle is likely in the Kenosha County Detention Center. There's a 24/7 kiosk in the lobby where you can deposit funds into his account. Would be great if someone could stop by and do that, to verify that he's there and give him some money to use if he needs something. So far he's not in the Wisconsin inmate system, although I understand he's been out of Illinois since at least 4 PM yesterday.
