No, the only provisional vote will be if you try to go to your voting booth location, and try to cast an in-person vote like normal.
If you physically hand your mail-in ballot to your county board of elections (all sealed up), it should be accepted like normal.
If they try to block it, then drop it in those drop boxes right outside the board of elections, or right outside a police station.
