EDIT: as I track down the original artist I realize this may be some BLM BS and not what I originally thought. That being said, as an artist myself, much art is up to personal interpretation. I choose to interpret this piece as the Black voice being suppressed by the racist Democrats by way of mask. Mask that only take a toll on the brain of the people that wear them for prolonged periods of times. Reducing them to sheep once again.
