There's only two ways in which it varies: either the winner takes all the electors, or the winner takes most and the runner up some. All but two states do winner take all at this time. If NYS were more like Maine then Hillary! might get elected elector FOR Biden even if Trump wins the state, and she would be bound to vote for Biden for the first so many rounds of voting. But NYS is winner take all, so if Trump wins it then Hillary! doesn't get to be an elector at all.
EDIT: No matter what happens, under current NYS law there is no way that Hillary! will be elected elector for Trump and be bound to vote for him. That's the bottom line.
