Yep. Even in heavily Democrat states, Republicans won in odd areas. Like for example, Republican general assembly representatives won in heavily Democrat states. It makes absolutely no sense that a Democrat who is voting Democrat down the whole ballot, would vote Republican somewhere, especially for such small positions that no one ever pays attention to.

On top of that, in heavily Democrat states, many of the Democrats who did win in low positions, won with insanely small amounts of votes, like 6000 votes. That's not even the difference between their opponent, but rather, the total number of votes cast for them! Very hard to believe, especially since Democrats tend to vote straight Democrat down the ballot, especially in heavily Democrat states.

It seems more likely that the ballots stuffed, were aimed only at the presidential election, which makes sense, because filling out one circle is quicker than filling out a whole ballot. So my guess is a LOT of Biden ballots only have Biden circled on them, and none of the other election options for other areas were filled out at all.
