The PA Supreme Court this year (just within the last couple of months) overruled a part of the 2019 "Act 77" PA State Legislature enacted law. Act 77 states that if the 8PM Election Day deadline of mail-in ballot receipt is overturned, then the entirety of the 2019 law is overturned, including its liberalization of mail-in voting.
