On the Milwaukee election website it shows 460300 ballots cast and 550132 registered voters. With 83.67% of the ballots cast it adds up to almost exactly to the total number of voters. Are they only showing the registered voters that cast ballots because I can't find a another total voters number? Edit:I assume they counted all the ballots and that 83.67% is the full number. I guess I read it wrong. Still 83.67 is a lot.
