This is a good idea. Access would probably need to be only granted to people with a good and long posting history though. Otherwise shills could come along and either delete the data or add/ change the data to be false. I would have to be excluded probably since I'm a lurker who just signed up today ):

There could be columns for archive links of both the death/obituary page and the voter page. And a column for birth month.

Edit: Maybe there could be two document versions - one for older users with lots of rep and one for newer people. The people who have access to the final document could check and make sure the other document's data is valid before adding it to their document
