I think the nuanced way to explain it would be that not all Jews are subversive. Relatively few are. But many subversive people are Jewish. Jews are massively over represented in terms of power, influence, and control, relative to their group size. That's not hate speech, it's statistics. Perhaps sowing discord and keeping 50 percent fighting against the other 50 percent is a clever way to keep anyone from noticing how much is owned and controlled by only 2 percent.
