The state legislativors get the final say on what electors are sent the the electoral college and they are all controlled by Republicans. If no one gets 270 in the electoral college then the house decides the president by state delegation. the senate decides the vice president. We win in any of those scenarios. If all that fails then Pelosi can be temporary president until the house can meet to elect the president. The Republican senate will elect the vice president before Pelosi is installed though
