It sounds like not all of the provisional ballots require ID. He specifically separates provisional from voters required to provide ID. It sounds to me that they notified the people voting that didn't bring ID that they needed to send in ID to prove that they are or their vote wouldn't be counted. That is what I'm hearing.

I'm pro Trump and I do think this election is being stolen by the way but what I'm hearing from this guy actually fills me with some form of confidence that he is getting it right or at least trying to.
