So, out of curiosity, I typed in the info of someone I know is dead. I know this because I personally cremated him sometime ago (yes, that is my job) It says he is not registered, but it says I CAN register him (no listing that he is dead. He has been dead since last year). I don't even need an ID. Just proof of address. Someone who is unscrupulous (hint, a Dem) could easily fake proof of address or just steal his mail. Edit: the point is, someone , somewhere in WI has probably done something like this with it being this easy.
