I totally agree, but it's more than this one election. We need a law that bans any delay. By midnight, no matter what percentage of votes are counted, whoever leads at the time wins the race, leaving no time for cheat. If you complain about being "disenfranchised", tell that to the poll worker and ask them why they didn't count the absentee and mail in ballots earlier.
