The legislature makes ultimate decisions about recounts, audits, certifying election results. And both House and Senate can do their own investigation. In fact one is being started today in Michigan.

We need every person in Michigan to be talking about this, calling their state House and Senate reps and hammering home that this obscene partisanship by Election officials is utterly unacceptable.

We also need every person outside Michigan to be spreading this as far and wide as possible so that it becomes impossible to ignore.

A judge may have a bad day, but you take this in front of 22 Republican Senators and 58 House reps right now and it's all the ammo they need to kick these partisan election officials in the nuts
