Why do they have vote switches? This is not the source data, its the source REPORTING data... so does that mean there are that many reporting errors that they need to fix?

They are all switches of ~50k or less. EXCEPT for New York, which has Trump GAINING 600k+ due to the switches. AND PENNSYLVANIA, which has Trump LOSING 300k+ due to it....
So Penn is still an outliar, but why? why all the switches in both ways?
