It is due to their use of only 3 digit precision for the vote share. Needs to be 7 digit.

Using only 3 digit leads to very odd things occuring in the data feed. Very suspect as any programmer or data analyst would know you can't be accurate in your calc if your multiplying a large number by only 3 decimal places.

I suspect this is done to hide the tabulation vote shaving but too much was going on and caused wild swings.

In truth we don't know what really was going on unless we can get access to the raw data feeds.

However this along with everything else leads to only one conclusion.... The vote tabulation and counting was being messed with on multiple fronts.
