I'm not disputing this but I do have a question. Is it possible that these ballots were received in the mail, filled in by the actual recipient, and then physically taken to a polling place? I live in FL and when I went in to early vote there were people there dropping off their mail in ballots. I'm not certain how PA works and if they could have done this.

Edit: Also I noticed my account says new account but - joined 246 days ago. I'm just a lurker. I moved over when reddit banned us and was an active user over there.
