Have you had any luck getting to the 'date last voted' field? I'm having a hard time confirming this, as I should be finding 11/3/2020 for the ones that I know voted on that date. (As a way to confirm the field location)

Okay so the field marked is at location 26 for 'Last Vote Date'. Can confirm b/c of @baylig getting the data sheet from the state.
