That's not how "official" tallies are edited. The count is official and will not change unless an audit or recount re-establishes a new vote total for each candidate. It doesn't matter how credible the claim is or how much evidence you have until this happens. You could literally livestream Joe Biden filling out 1,000,000 ballots for himself in every state, it would not matter until the legal process to negate the ballots occurs.

Hand counting the ballots will reveal electronic switching in the states with hand countable ballots, but fake paper ballots mixed in complicates this. An audit helps mitigate the fake ballots. Even then it will take lawsuits to invalidate legit ballots illegally mixed in that came in outside of legally designated times. States that only use electronic ballots (no paper printout) are effectively screwed unless the state re-runs the election. This has happened before in North Carolina for a Federal position.
