It looks a whole lot like what we've observed.

Low aspiration organized crime could effectively do the same thing in pursuit of destroying any challenge to their power. Net result is a weakened and vulnerable country. If we prescribe to the view the Davos crowd seeks a world system of rules and norms superseding nation states, argument goes that's what they would pursue. Feed and reward the petty organized crime bureaucrats to weaken the nation state until such a point multinational corporations and world bodies are stronger than any nation state. My opinion is China would eat Davos alive the moment their New World arrived.
