Do we know this is the same person? You might be right, but I'd like to make sure we're not skipping a step in the process.

I will admit the dates in the left column and right column are very odd; usually I would expect one to always be before the other. That said, I don't have enough data yet to definitively state those dates mean exactly what you say they mean. I have too much experience with shit code to not assume dates mean something without a little more confirmation.
