Those are good arguments and while I agree with the majority in that case and not Thomas, what I find most distinctive is his thought process. If one were to ask "Do minors have constitutional rights" the knee jerk reaction is "Of Course." Thomas's argument is simply, no, but their parents do and exercise them on their behalf. That's a very different take on what I believe most person's thought processes are and why I was impressed with the argument.
