Cuomo has many of the same symptoms observed in Joe Biden:

Weird anger, memory lapses, lying through forgetting what he previously said, that blank stare, etc.

His non-use of the ship and tools Trump sent him was just a middle finger to the President, but We the People know the truth.

It would not surprise me if there is some dementia in the Cuomo family. Even young Chris has that blank look and the anger, although it may be roid rage in his case.

New York could do so much better.
