Imho mail-in votes must be closely vetted. Since mail-in votes are a perfect 'card shuffle' (ballots thrown in mail boxes, shuffled and tossed around by carriers, sorting lines, mail delivers) they should pass every randomized test- red flag if they don't.

Since mailing mail-in ballots is a perfect shuffle there cannot possibly be any discrepancies given an early or late arrival. Vice versa: if there's a massive surge of Biden mail-in votes post Nov-3 they cannot possibly have been mailed organically but were inserted by some backchannels.
