I don't know what form it will take. Perhaps street level violence, followed by separation of communities by political beliefs. I really don't know.

What I do know is, if you remove elections as a means to resolve political conflict, then conflicts will be resolved by other means. The rest is just speculation. I am pretty sure it won't be good though.

Edit to add: imagine 70+ million people who were previously focused on politics, but now see no point in ever putting effort into that again. What other things might they do instead? Who really knows, but I guess we will find out. Hopefully it isn't a full blown war
