Unreturned ABS Analysis for PA

Among 1706 respondents we reached whom the state said were sent an absentee ballot, 556 said they never requested it.

And of the 1137 who did request the ballot, 453 said they mailed back yet the state did not receive or count them.

An addendum to this analysis: 100% of the people in the sample below are registered Republicans, and there were 165k Republicans in this universe that were mailed ABS but were not marked as returning them.

A random sample of the entire universe (165k) we were able to match a phone number to (109k).
