That is a mistake and a bad one. That is not institutional fraud. I’m sure every state if we recounted has a scenario like that. It won’t be nearly enough to change the election, it was not widespread. It was some volunteer poll worker who made a mistake.

What is the difference between fraud and a mistake? Intent. Is there proof it was accidental as opposed to deliberate? NO! Also a process that allows this to happen should have never been approved in the first place. That itself is a fraud too. The officials that certified and organized the process are responsible.
