Heard that this morning, across the whole US, there is unprecedented record number of military aircraft in the air.

Something like 10 times the normal amount.

Something is happening. Could be training exercise; could be something entirely different.

There was video posted earlier with air traffic control guy explaining how irregular it all was. I’ll post the link when I find it again later.
